Vanessa Braeley focuses her practice on business and regulatory law, including securities and business litigation and transactions, FINRA dispute resolution, corporate governance and venture capital/private equity. Ms. Braeley also possesses unique and significant experience in the burgeoning cannabis market and represents a variety of marijuana businesses and entrepreneurs in states that have legalized medicinal and recreational marijuana.
Prior to joining Snyderburn, Rishoi & Swann, LLP, Ms. Braeley worked at NeJame Law, P.A. where she acted as ongoing corporate counsel to a portfolio of high net worth clients, public figures and international corporations.
Ms. Braeley has been featured regularly as a legal analyst on local and international media outlets, including CNN-partnered network News Channel 13, Orlando Sentinel and Aljazeera’s “Inside Story”. Vanessa was a featured contributing writer in Orlando Style for five years and is currently a valuable content provider and featured writer for Highlife Media. Ms. Braeley teaches civil litigation at Valencia College. She received her Juris Doctorate from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law, where she served as Staff Editor of FAMU Law Review. Ms. Braeley graduated law school cum laude, with honors.
